Indian tradition with Vibrant Style

We embraced culture and tradition to transform the beautiful Andrew Mellon Auditorium into a perfect venue for this Indian wedding. We created a sweeping staircase, leading to the stunning custom-built mundap, a traditional ceremonial structure. A hand-painted indigo aisle runner finished with gold foil served as a gorgeous path for the bride and groom. A peacock perched on branches with flowing florals created a grand entrance focal point. The rich, vibrant color palette of the bird inspired the romantic and intimate dinner setting, and peacock feathers in the table arrangements were brought in from the lovingly raised birds on Christopher and Rick’s farm – a homegrown touch in a stunning event.

COLORS: emerald green, indigo blue, teal, purple, brushed gold

FLORALS: blue vanda orchids, purple dahlias, limonium, Bells of Ireland, blue delphinium, purple stock, caspia, hydrangea, hypericum berries, huck, silver dollar eucalyptus, green cymbidium orchids
