Architectural Style Meets Eastern Shore Romance

The wedding of two architects calls for clean lines and a keen eye for details. This stunning late summer, outdoor wedding on Maryland’s Eastern Shore brought together the modernity of the city and the natural beauty of the Chesapeake Bay—and the result was sheer perfection. We sourced local florals, sea grasses and driftwood to create organic yet structured arrangements. The ceremony, overlooking the water, was held on a stunning, driftwood-topped altar with lush floral arrangements on either side. The guests moved to a charming terrace for cocktails, where a beautiful custom-built wood pallet wall made a stunning backdrop behind a pallet wood bar adorned with local greenery. The tented dinner showcased natural arrangements in vessels of organic materials. Truly a picture perfect celebration by the Bay.

COLORS: sage, green, peach, yellow, brown, dusty blue, orange

FLORALS: dahlias, Maryland sea grasses, driftwood, succulents, local peegee hydrangea
